Hong Kong Pre-wedding Destination Photographer. This is one of the most unforgettable experiences we ever had! First of all I would like to mention that Genna and Daniel are super troopers! Why? Because they hiked two hours a very VERTICAL steep mountain and when we arrived on the top, they changed to an elegant dress and suit and ready to rumble without any break :) They are super awesome.
A couple of days before this unforgettable experience, Genna and Daniel told us that we are going for a 15 minute hike in a mountain at their backyard. We were so pumped and motivated for this experience. By the way our friends Veronica and Johny of Art And Roses Films joined us in this madness.
A night before the “15 minute” hike, we were shooting Julian and Lulu´s wedding in Hong Kong. We enjoyed documenting this wedding for 15 hours. We went back to our hotel about 2:00 a.m. and we went out for the hike at 4:00 a.m. super pumped for the 15 minute hike ;) We arrived to Genna+Daniel´s backyard and off we went to the “mountain of death”.
At the beginning we are super happy seeing wild bores everywhere and able to walk in muddy knife tight path. The 15 minutes started to extend to 30 minutes. The 30 minutes extended to 1 hour. The 1 hour extended to 2 hours!!!! Genna and Daniel cheated on us LMAO!!! Sweating and almost dying we arrived on the last and highest mountain peak. The beauty of the sunrise mesmerized us! And we forgot about the agony of the “Most Unforgettable Experience”.
This is the most beautiful sunrise we have ever seen for a long time. Thank you so much Genna and Daniel for not telling us the truth LOL!!! We miss you so much!!! We cannot wait to celebrate with you on your wedding day next year.
P.S. Thank you for letting us shower and laundry our muddy shoes and clothes. And for cooking us the yummiest barbecue, awesome music and lots of laughs. But most specially, the big big siesta nap. That’s when I (Don) dropped dead on your floor snoring, and you guys laughed so hard about it ;) Thank you! LOL!
